В исследование включены 46 мужчин в возрасте от 42 до 63 лет (48,2 ± 1,8 года), 36 больным ранее (от 4 до 8 лет назад) были выполнены маммарокоронарное шунтирование коронарных артерий, 10 пациентам - аутовенозное шунтирование коронарных артерий. Всем пациентам были выполнены стресс-эхоКГ с дипиридамолом и ЧПЭСП, коронарная ангиография. При стресс-эхоКГ у 45 пациентов высказано предположение о поражении шунтированных коронарных артерии, у 7 больных - о поражении ранее интактных коронарных артерий, что было подтверждено ангиографически. По данным КАГ стенозирование просвета коронарного шунта &gt; 70 % выявлено у 23 больных, от 40 до 70 % у 22 больных. Точность, чувствительность и специфичность диагностики как стенозов коронарных шунтов, так и поражения ранее интактных отделов коронарных артерий по данным стресс-эхоКГ составили 100 %.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to evaluate diagnostic accuracy of stress-echocardiography (stress-еchoCG) with combination of high doze dipyridamole and atrial pacing in diagnosis of late coronary shunts stenosis. 46 men aged from 42 to 63 (48,2 ± 1,8 years), 36 patients undergone mammarocoronary shunting, 10 patients undergone auto venous shunting. Stress-EchoCG with combination of high doze dipyridamole and atrial pacing suggested shunts lesions in 45 patients, in 7 cases previously intact coronary arteries, approved with coronary angiography. Coronary angiographies reviled no coronary lesions in 1 (3 %) patient, in 23 (50 %) patients &gt; 70 % shunts restenosis, in 22 (47 %) coronary stenosis from 40 up to 70 %.
