Наиболее частой его формой является немелкоклеточный рак легкого (НМРЛ). Точное определение стадии опухолевого процесса с определением распространенности первичной опухоли и метастатического поражения является ключевым моментом в выборе оптимальной лечебной тактики и оценке прогноза заболевания. В статье приведен обзор современных возможностей томографических методов в неинвазивной диагностике метастатического поражения медиастинальных лимфоузлов у пациентов с НМРЛ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Lung cancer is a major medical and social problem during last few decades. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most frequent type of lung cancer. Accurate clinical staging with assessment of locoregional tumor extension and distant metastases is crucial for treatment planning and assessment of patient prognosis.
