В 2 случаях выявлены позитивные края резекции, дополнительная эксцизия позволила избежать повторного хирургического вмешательства. В 2 случаях получены ложноположительные результаты, не повлиявшие отрицательно на результаты лечения. Ложноотрицательных результатов не выявлено. Определение границ поражения карциномой in situ представило наибольшую сложность, учитывая частое несовпадение макроскопической картины с микроскопической.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Results of treatment of 49 patients were analyzed. All patients were undergone on breast-conserving surgery with intraoperative digital specimen radiography. Positive margins were detected in 2 cases. Additional excision helped to avoid reoperation. In 2 cases, false positive results were obtained, which had not affect adversely on the treatment results. False negative results were not found.
