Эхографические критерии оценки плеврального содержимого различной этиологии не всегда точны, а количественная оценка плеврального выпота в детской практике до сих пор не разработана. Схемы, принятые во взрослой практике, не могут быть применимы в детской практике, тем более у детей раннего возраста. В статье показаны варианты эхографического представительства различных видов плеврального выпота, анализируются варианты применения различных форм расчета объема плеврального выпота и предлагаются поправочные коэффициенты для детей различного веса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relevance of the study is determined by the frequency of pleural effusion in children not only with pulmonological diseases, but also in a wide variety of patients with different multiple organ problems. Echographic criteria for assessing pleural contents of various etiologies are not always accurate, and quantitative assessment of pleural effusion in children's practice has not yet been developed. Schemes adopted in adult practice cannot be applied in children's practice, especially in young children.
