Тем не менее, необходимо учитывать возможность выявления редкой в неэндемичных районах патологии — гидатидного эхинококкоза печени. В статье приведено описание клинического случая гидатидного эхинококкоза у пациента, проживающего в Нижегородской области. </p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ultrasonic scanning for patients without clearly expressed clinical symptoms is mainly aimed at detection of acute surgical and urological pathology and at searching for oncological diseases. However, it is necessary to take into account the possibility of identification of a rare pathology in non-endemic regions, such as hydatid echinococcosis of liver. The article presents the description of a clinical case of hydatid echinococcosis registered in Nizhny Novgorod region. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ультразвуковая диагностика</kwd><kwd>эхинококкоз</kwd><kwd>гидатидный эхинококкоз печени</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Ultrasound</kwd><kwd>Echonococcosis</kwd><kwd>Hydatid Echinococcosis</kwd><kwd>Cystic Echinococcosis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Федеральная служба по надзору в сфере защиты прав потребителей и благополучия человека: Письмо от 20 июня 2016 г. № 01/7782-16-27.
