<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>To study the normal sonographic anatomy of extrahepatic bile ducts, a polypositional ultrasound examination of 120 children aged 0 to 17 years was conducted. The technique of hepatoduodenal ligament ultrasound examination is described.
