До сих пор нет единого мнения относительно выбора оптимального метода обследования пациентов после мастэктомии и реконструкции груди. Изменения ткани молочной железы, которые связаны с оперативным вмешательством и лучевой терапией, вызывают трудности интерпретации маммографических и УЗ-изображений. Проведение МРТ с использованием высокопольного томографа (&gt; 1 Тл), специализированной катушки и парамагнитного контрастного вещества имеет высокую информативность в выявлении и дифференциальной диагностике рецидивных образований на фоне инфильтративных и рубцовых изменений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the most effective method of diagnosing breast pathology due to its high resolution in the study of soft tissues and high sensitivity based on the contrast effect. There is still no consensus on the choice of the optimal method of examination of patients after mastectomy and breast reconstruction. Changes in breast tissue that are associated with surgery and radiation therapy cause difficulties in interpreting mammographic and ultrasound images.
