Межэкспертная согласованность в группах была либо незначительной, либо умеренной, а лучшее межэкспертное согласие наблюдалось между нейрорадиологами с опытом работы от 1 до 3 лет. Исследование позволяет сделать вывод, что ASPECTS (в настоящий момент) не является идеальным инструментом, применимым для стандартизации диагностики ишемического инсульта в бассейне средней мозговой артерии, потому необходима разработка новых моделей систем стандартизации, а также применение гибридной диагностики, включающей системы автоматического анализа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Fifteen radiologists independently evaluated fifty non-contrast brain computed tomography of patients with middle cerebral artery (MCA) stroke. Within-group agreement was either negligible or moderate, and the best inter-expert agreement was observed between neuroradiologists with 1 to 3 years of experience.
