Билатеральная окклюзия внутренних сонных артерий - редкая патология, которая может выражаться в виде различных неврологических проявлений - от бессимптомного течения до развития инсульта, нередко приводящая к смерти. В большинстве ранее описанных случаев данное состояние сопровождалось ишемическим инсультом. Мы приводим клинический случай билатеральной окклюзии внутренних сонных артерий с одновременным развитием ишемического и геморрагического инсультов. Ведение пациента осуществлялось консервативное, на фоне чего была отмечена положительная динамика в виде улучшения состояния пациента, регресса неврологической симптоматики.

Bilateral occlusion of the internal carotid arteries is a rare pathology, which usually manifests from asymptomatic course to the development of a stroke, and often leading to death. In most of the previously described cases this condition was accompanied by ischemic stroke. We present a clinical case of bilateral occlusion of internal carotid arteries with simultaneous development of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke of the brain. The management of the patient was conservative, the patient's condition was improvement.
