Псевдоаневризма (ПА) печеночной артерии ‒ редкое осложнение, развивающееся при травмах живота, ятрогенных повреждениях (биопсия, эндоскопическая холецистэктомия, трансплантация печени), инфекциях, опухолях, васкулитах, острых и хронических панкреатитах. В данном клиническом наблюдении представлен случай выявления этого жизнеугрожающего состояния у пациента, перенесшего оперативное вмешательство по поводу повреждения печени. Благодаря использованию КТ-ангиографии удалось установить причину кровотечения из верхних отделов ЖКТ, определить локализацию псевдоаневризмы и провести малоинвазивное вмешательство.

Pseudoaneurysm (PA) of the hepatic artery is a rare complication of abdominal trauma, iatrogenic injuries (biopsy, endoscopic cholecystectomy, liver transplantation), infections, tumors, vasculitis, acute and chronic pancreatitis. This case report presents a life-threatening complications in a patient who underwent surgery for liver lesion. Due to the use of CT angiography, it was possible to determine the cause of bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract, evaluation the localization of pseudoaneurysm and treated with elective management.
