Данные МРТ 159 удаленных ЛУ сопоставляли с результатами морфологического исследования резецированных препаратов. Диагностическую эффективность определяли на основе ROC-анализа (Receiver Operating Characteristic curve) пороговых значений. Характеристику теста оценивали по площади под ROC-кривой — параметр AUC (Area Under Curve). С целью оценки прогностической значимости МРТ-критериев метастатических ЛУ (МТЛУ) были проведены моно- и мультивариантный регрессионные логистические анализы. По результатам многофакторного анализа индекс конфигурации меньше или равен 1,65, отсутствие сигнала от жировой клетчатки ворот ЛУ и перинодулярный отек являются наиболее прогностически значимыми критериями метастатического поражения ЛУ (р &lt; 0,05).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective of this study is to assess the criteria for metastatic involvement of the LN (MLN) according to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and to identify the most prognostically significant. The MRI data of 159 removed LN were compared with the results of a morphological study of the resected preparations. ROC- analysis (Receiver Operating Characteristic curve) was used to determine the diagnostic performance of threshold values. The test performance was evaluated depending on the area under the ROC curve — the AUC parameter (Area Under Curve). In order to evaluate the prognostic significance of MRI predictors for metastatic involvement of the LN, uni-and multivariate regression logistic analyses were performed.
