Продолжается активное совершенствование аппаратов и методов исследований для более эффективной диагностики заболеваний. Конусно-лучевая компьютерная томография (КЛКТ) способна предоставить специалистам необходимую диагностическую информацию, а ее использование позволит снизить лучевую нагрузку, получаемую пациентами при исследовании. В настоящей публикации продемонстрированы 2 клинических случая, где диагностическим методом была выбрана КЛКТ. Приведенные наблюдения показывают возможности КЛКТ в диагностике остеомиелита и динамическом наблюдении у детей и подростков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a review of the literature and a comparative analysis of the methods of radiation diagnostics of osteomyelitis in children. Active improvement of devices and research methods for more effective diagnosis of diseases continues. Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) can provide specialists with the necessary diagnostic information, and its use will reduce the radiation exposure received by patients during the study. This publication demonstrates 2 clinical cases where CBCT was chosen as the diagnostic method.
