Перекрут лимфангиомы сальника — крайняя редкость, эхографическая картина неспецифична (тонкостенное кистозное образование) и диагноз в подавляющем большинстве случаев ставится только интраоперационно. Достоверно визуализировать собственно перекрут в виде whirlpool-sign практически никогда не удается. В статье приведено собственное наблюдение перекрута лимфангиомы большого сальника у девочки 2 лет. Дебют заболевания был связан с возникновением кишечной инвагинации, во время диагностики которой как «случайная находка» было выявлено кистозное образование брюшной полости. Ребенку были выполнены неоднократные УЗИ и КТ, что позволило достоверно визуализировать перекрут кистозного образования. Окончательный диагноз был поставлен интраоперационно. Клиническое наблюдение иллюстрировано лучевыми изображениями и интраоперационными снимками. Публикация дополнена кратким обзором литературы.

Torsion of omental lymphangioma is a extremely rarity, the echographic picture is nonspecific (thin–walled cystic formation) and the diagnosis in the vast majority of cases is made only intraoperatively. It is almost never possible to reliably visualize actually torsion in the form of a whirlpool-sign. The article presents our own observation of the torsion of lymphangioma of the greater omentum in a 2-year-old girl. The onset of the disease was associated with the occurrence of intestinal intussusception, during the diagnosis of which, as a «random finding», a cystic formation of the abdominal cavity was revealed. The child underwent repeated ultrasound and CT scans, which made it possible to reliably visualize the torsion of the cystic formation. The final diagnosis was made intraoperatively. The clinical observation is illustrated by ultrasound and radiologic scans and intraoperative images. The publication is supplemented with a brief review of the literature.
