В данном киническом наблюдении продемонстрирован случай ранения левого желудочка, выявленного на этапе специализированной хирургической помощи при использовании мультисрезовой компьютерной томографии (МСКТ). Своевременная МСКТ-диагностика повреждения сердца, определение локализации инородного тела, выбора оптимального доступа позволило провести успешное хирургическое вмешательство у раненого. Представлены результаты МСКТ-ангиографии, УЗИ и краткий обзор литературы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Fire penetrating wounds of the heart in the vast majority of cases lead to the death of the victim at the scene of the injury. In this clinical observation, the case of left ventricular injury detected at the stage of specialized surgical care using multi-cut computed tomography (MSCT) is demonstrated. Timely diagnosis of the nature of heart damage, determination of the location of the foreign body, the choice of optimal access allowed for successful surgical intervention in the wounded.
