Москвы реализуется пилотный проект «Низкодозная компьютерная томография (НДКТ) как метод скрининга рака легкого и других заболеваний органов грудной клетки» в 10 поликлиниках г. Москвы. В рамках подготовки проекта разработаны специальные протоколы, критерии для включения в группу риска, опросники, алгоритмы анализа, шаблоны описаний, маршруты пациентов в зависимости от выявленных очагов по классификации LungRADS. За первые 7 мес работы проведено 2846 НДКТ-исследований. Выявлено 357 (12,5 %) пациентов с верифицированными очагами в легких, из которых 3,1 % (90) направлены к онкологу для решения вопроса о дальнейшей тактике и целесообразности выполнения позитронно-эмиссионной томографии, совмещенной с компьютерной томографией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>With the support of the Moscow Healthcare Department the pilot project «Low-dose computed tomography as a method of lung cancer screening» was launched in 10 Moscow outpatient clinics. Special protocols, risk group criteria, questionnaires, analysis algorithms, research description templates, tactics for conducting foci in the lungs according to LungRADS, collection of scan results, routing and organizational processes had been developed. During first 7 months of the pilot project 2846 LDCT were performed.
