Неинвазивность, быстрота и доступность метода определяют возможность его применения у пациентов всех возрастных групп и представляется особенно перспективным у новорожденных. В то же время основные эхографические синдромы, наблюдаемые при УЗИ легких у младенцев, изучены недостаточно, что особенно касается интерстициального легочного синдрома. В данном исследовании на основании осмотра более 500 детей раннего возраста определены наиболее значимые и воспроизводимые в неотложной неонатологии эхографические симптомы, изучен процесс пневматизации легочной ткани в раннем неонатальном периоде, выделены отдельные степени тяжести проявления интерстициального легочного синдрома и показаны его проявления при различных нозологических формах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ultrasound examination of the lungs in recent years is gaining popularity. Non-invasiveness, rapidity and availability of the method determine the possibility of its use in patients of all age groups and is especially promising in newborns. At the same time, the main echographic signes observed with ultrasonography of the lungs in infants have not been studied enough, especially for interstitial pulmonary syndrome. In this study, based on an examination of more than 500 infants, the most significant and reproducible in emergency neonatology echographic signes are determined, the process of pneumatization of pulmonary tissue in the early neonatal period is studied, the degrees of severity of interstitial pulmonary syndrome are identified and its manifestations in various nosological forms are shown.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ультразвуковая диагностика</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>легкие</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Ultrasound Diagnostics</kwd><kwd>Children</kwd><kwd>Lungs</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ерохина А.
