Представлен клинический случай двустороннего гнойного псоита у 19-дневного новорожденного. Диагноз «гнойный псоит» был поставлен эхографически. Пациенту выполнено пункционное дренирование гнойных скоплений, послеоперационный период протекал гладко. Представлены данные эхографического исследования и краткий обзор литературы</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Iliopsoas abscess (IPA) is a rare disease in neonates that can cause serious complications. We present a clinical case of bilateral iliopsoas abscess in 19-day neonate. The pathology have been diagnosed with sonography. Thepercutaneous surgical draining of purulent collections was performed, postoperative period was uneventful.
