Определить возможную вероятность верификации генетической группы медуллобластом на основании МРТ-признаков визуализации и количественной оценки.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Ретроспективно проанализированы МРТ данные 60 пациентов с верифицированной молекулярно-генетической подгруппой на основе уровня экспрессии селектированных генов на платформе Nano String.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На основании МРТ-признаков формы и интенсивности контрастирования опухоли, с учетом возраста пациентов 76 % медуллобластом правильно определено по генетическим группам.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Возможность предположить генетическую группу заболевания у детей с медуллобластомой при первичном МРТ-исследовании с точностью до 76 % представляется нам важной и актуальной. Сделаны только первые шаги в развитии радиогеномики медуллобластом у детей.</p><p>Появление в классификации опухолей ЦНС молекулярных подгрупп медуллобластом позволило современной педиатрической онкологической практике применять дифференцированный подход в стратификации групп риска и прогнозе заболевания. Группа риска влияет на определение объема и тактики лечения. Целью исследования была попытка систематизации и выделения характерных лучевых диагностических признаков известных на данный момент четырех молекулярных подгрупп медуллобластом у детей. В результате статистического анализа верно классифицировано по генетическим группам 39 (76 %) пациентов с диагнозом медуллобластома на основании лучевых признаков формы, интенсивности контрастирования и возраста пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To determine a possible assessment of the verification of the genetic group of medulloblastomas based on MRI imaging and quantitative assessment indicators.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. MRI data of 60 patients with a verified molecular genetic subgroup based on the expression level of selected genes on the Nano String platform were retrospectivel analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Based on MRI signs of the shape and contrast intensity of the tumor, taking into account the age of the patients, 76 % of medulloblastomas were correctly identified by genetic groups.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The ability to predict the genetic group of the disease in children with medulloblastoma during an initial MRI study with an accuracy of 76 % seems to us important and relevant. Only the first steps have been taken in the development of radiogenomics of medulloblastomas in children.</p><p>The classification of CNS tumors with the molecular subgroups of medulloblastomas has allowed modern pediatric oncological practice to apply a differentiated approach to stratification of risk groups and prognosis of the disease. This affects the determination of the scope and the tactics of treatment. The aim of our study was an attempt to systematize and definition the diagnostic radiological signs of the currently known four molecular subgroups of medulloblastomas in children.
