Кальцификация семявыносящих протоков (СВП) относится к редким заболеваниям с неустановленной этиологией и неясным клиническим значением. Приводится описание редкого наблюдения кальцификации СВП у пациента 57 лет, страдающего инсулинозависимым сахарным диабетом и вторичным гиперпаратиреозом. Кальцификация СВП протекала латентно, сочеталась с нефрокальцинозом и панкреатолитиазом и была выявлена случайно при компьютерной томографии. Возможность кальцификации СВП необходимо учитывать при проведении лучевых исследований пациентов, страдающих сахарным диабетом и вторичным гиперпаратиреозом

Calcification of the vas deferens (VD) is a rare disease with unknown etiology and unclear clinical significance. A rare observation of calcification of SVP patient 57 years of age suffering from insulin dependent diabetes mellitus and secondary hyperparathyroidism is described. Calcification VD proceeded latent, combined with nephrocalcinosis and pankreatolithiasis and was found incidentally during a CT scan. The possibility of calcification of VD must be considered when conducting radiation studies of patients with diabetes mellitus and secondary hyperparathyroidism
