Целью исследования являлся анализ результатов рентгенографии в палатах, выполненных в 2 многопрофильных стационарах. Изучению подверглись 800 рентгенограмм за 2016 г. В ходе исследования определено, что 74 % приходится на заболевания органов грудной клетки (ОГК). В 22 % патологии выявлено не было. Прочие заболевания — 4 %. Установлено, что наиболее частые заболевания ОГК — застой в малом круге кровообращения, гидроторакс и пневмонии. На основании клинической необходимости и современных технологий были сформулированы медицинские требования к рентгеновским аппаратам для съемки в данных условиях.

The aim of the study was to analyze the results of radiography in wards performed in 2 multidisciplinary hospitals. 800 X-rays for 2016 were studied. It was determined that 74 % falls on the diseases of the chest organs. In 22 % of the pathology was not revealed. Other diseases are 4 %. The most frequent diseases of chest are stagnation in a small circle of blood circulation, hydrothorax and pneumonia. Medical requirements for X-ray equipment for shooting in these conditions were determined on the basis of clinical need and modern technologies.
