В статье обобщен опыт ультразвуковой диагностики кистозных удвоений (КУ) желудочно-кишечного тракта у детей за период с 2004 по 2016 г. Всего в исследование включено 23 ребенка, средний возраст при поступлении составил 2,11 Ѓ} 0,22 года (3 суток — 13 лет). В 10 случаях КУ выявлены в периоде новорожденности, все новорожденные были доношенными. Всем детям до операции проводилось ультразвуковое исследование, в том числе цветовое допплеровское исследование. Выделены эхографические симптомы энтерокист: gut signature — двухконтурная или "слоистая" структура стенки энтерокисты; Y-конфигурация стенки энтерокисты и прилежащей петли кишки. Обсуждаются возможности ультразвуковой диагностики осложненных энтерокист. Представлен краткий обзор литературы.

We reviewed the cases of intestinal duplication cysts diagnosed over the period from 2004 to 2016 years. Twenty three children were included (average age 2,11 Ѓ} 0,22 years, range 3 days — 13 years). In 10 cases enterocysts were identified in the neonatal period, all neonates were full-term. All children underwent a sonography and color Doppler ultrasound study before any surgical procedure. The echographic signs of enterocysts were picked out: "gut signature" — double wall sign, "layered" cyst wall and "Y-configuration" of the cyst wall and the adjacent bowel loop. The possibilities of the echographic study of complicated enteroсysts are discussed. The short review of the literature is present.
