Лимфангиомы брыжейки (ЛАБ) — гетерогенная по структуре и локализации группа редких доброкачественных мальформаций лимфатической системы, характеризующаяся кистозной дилатацией лимфатических сосудов. В статье обобщен опыт ультразвуковой диагностики ЛАБ у детей за период с 2004 по 2016 г. Всего в исследование включен 21 ребенок, средний возраст при поступлении составил 3,11 ± 0,34 года (4 сут — 15 лет). Всем детям до операции проводилось УЗИ в B- и цветовом допплеровском режимах. ЛАБ эхографически имели вид фиксированного образования неправильной формы, сформированного совокупностью кистозных полостей с тонкой стенкой и анэхогенным (жидкостным) содержимым. Эхографическая дифференциальная диагностика ЛАБ проводилась с организующимся жидкостным компонентом при отграниченном перитоните, осложненными кистами яичников, тератомами с кистозным компонентом, терминальными стадиями обструктивных уропатий. Выделены основные эхографические особенности ЛАБ. Представлен краткий обзор литературы.

Mesenteric lymphangiomas (MLs) are a heterogeneous group of malformations of the lymphatic system that present with cystic dilated lymphatics of the mesentery. We reviewed the cases of MLs diagnosed over the period from 2004 to 2016 years. Twenty one children were included average age 3,11 ± 0,34 years, (range 4 days — 15 years). All children underwent a sonography and color Doppler ultrasound study before any surgical procedure. MLs was diagnosed by recognition of the fixed multilocular cystic masses with a thin wall and anechoic (fluid) content. The sonographic differential diagnosis held between delimited peritonitis, complicated ovarian cysts, teratomas with a cystic component, terminal obstructive uropathy. The echographic signs of MLs were picked out. The short review of the literature is present.
