Статья посвящена определению и описанию течения местной хирургической патологии органов грудной полости при СПИДе на фоне оппортунистических инфекций, а также определению тактики лечения таких пациентов при развитии деструктивных процессов в легких и средостении, хронической эмпиемы легких, плевритов. Представлены особенности мультисрезовой компьютерной томографии (МСКТ) рассмотренной патологии и методы лечения.

Authors describe main features of chest surgical pathology in AIDS-patients with opportunistic infection. Also article depicts surgical management of destructive processes of lungs and mediastinum such as chronic empyema and pleuritis. The features of the picture with multislice computed tomography (MSCT) of the examined pathology and the methods of its treatment are presented.
