Альвеококкоз печени — паразитарное заболевание, сложность диагностики которого заключается в схожести со злокачественными опухолями печени по причине инфильтративного роста, возможности метастазирования и высокой частоты рецидивов после оперативного лечения. В статье оценены современные возможности ультразвуковой и компьютерно-томографической диагностики альвеококкоза печени, в том числе возможности эластографии сдвиговой волной (ARFI) в дифференциальной диагностике альвеококкоза и первичного рака печени. Для оптимизации лучевой диагностики данного заболевания авторами статьи изучены УЗ- и КТ-симптомы данного заболевания у 28 пациентов, обследованных, прооперированных и наблюдавшихся в течение 7 лет в специализированном Гепатологическом центре.

Alveococcosis liver is a parasitic disease, the diagnosis of which is the difficulty in similarity with malignant tumors of the liver due to infiltrative growth, the possibility of metastasis and high relapse rate after surgery. It evaluates the current possibilities of ultrasound and CT diagnosis liver alveococcosis, including opportunities of elastography (ARFI) in the differential diagnosis of alveococcosis and primary liver cancer. To optimize radiation diagnosis of this disease the authors studied ultrasound and CT-signs in 28 patients examined, operated and followed up for 7 years in a specialized Hepatology Center.
