Graf (1981) до использования инновационных методик, таких, как CAOS (Computer Assisted Orthopedic Surgery). В настоящее время имеется ряд работ по применению ультразвука в диагностике дисплазий тазобедренных суставов, повреждений сухожилий, различных переломов, остеомиелита и инородных тел. Но кроме диагностики, следует отметить применение ультразвука в интраоперационном периоде ортопедотравматологическим больным. Высокая безопасность и качественная полипозиционая визуализация с одномоментной оценкой как сосудистого компонента, так и периферических нервов способствует более широкому применению ультразвука в хирургии острой травмы и ортопедии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this article, we highlight the most interesting stages in the development of ultrasound diagnosis in trauma and orthopedics of the first to use the time-of R. Graf (1981) to the latest innovative techniques such as CAOS (Computer Assisted Orthopedic Surgery). Currently, there are a number of papers on the use of ultrasound in the diagnosis of dysplasia of the hip joints, tendon injuries and various fractures, osteomyelitis and foreign bodies. But in addition to the diagnosis, it should be noted the use of ultrasound in the perioperative period for trauma and orthopedic patients.
