Показано, что томосинтез по ряду характеристик превосходит не только стандартную цифровую рентгенографию, но и в ряде случаев сопоставим с мультисрезовой компьютерной томографией. Представлены данные по использованию томосинтеза для диагностики различных заболеваний костно-суставной системы: опухолей, туберкулеза, ревматоидного артрита и др., однако в педиатрической практике применяется крайне редко. Применение томосинтеза для диагностики заболеваний костно-суставной системы у детей и подростков имеет значительные перспективы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the possible application of tomosynthesis for research of the musculoskeletal system in children and adolescents. It is shown that the method of tomosynthesis according to number of characteristics exceeds not only radiography, but computed tomography also. The method is already used for diagnostics of various diseases of the musculoskeletal system: tumors, tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis and other. However, in pediatric practice it is rarely used.
