<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim — clarify the range of radiographic signs of delayed complications after different types of antireflux surgery (ARS) X-ray examination of the upper gastrointestinal tract (UGT). In 2013–2015 examined 67 patients who applied to the MCSC complaints after different types of ARS, conducted in medical institutions of the Russian Federation and countries in a period of 6 months to 5 years and the purpose of correction of complications ARS. The most frequent complications for each ARS were revealed. Inappropriate surgery procedures performed because of incomplete or incorrect preoperative diagnosis verification. In patients with identical complaints, after the different types of ARS, defined a wide range of radiological signs characteristic of each of the complications. X-ray examination of UGT is one of the main radiological techniques to identify complications. The main X-ray patterns of ARS complication are gastric wrap migration and gastric motility disorder.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рентгенологическое исследование</kwd><kwd>антирефлюксные операции</kwd><kwd>отсроченные послеоперационные осложнения</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>X-ray</kwd><kwd>Antireflux Surgery</kwd><kwd>Delayed Complications after Antireflux Surgery</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Васнев О.
