Анализ данных литературных источников о применении методики компьютерно-томографической энтерографии с внутривенным контрастированием (КТЭ) для оценки распространенности, активности и тяжести патологического процесса при болезни Крона (БК), а также определения предполагаемых границ резекции при необходимости оперативного лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Для обзора литературы были отобраны наиболее крупные и цитируемые исследования, фундаментальные работы и рекомендации по диагностике и лечению воспалительных заболеваний кишечника (ВЗК), размещенные в научных базах данных в открытом доступе.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Рассматриваются вопросы эпидемиологии болезни Крона, диагностические возможности КТЭ и их роль в планировании хирургического лечения пациентов с осложненным течением БК.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Осложняющаяся эпидемиологическая ситуация обусловливает необходимость ранней диагностики, повышения эффективности лечения и снижения инвалидизации и смертности пациентов с БК. КТЭ является эффективной и широкодоступной методикой диагностики БК и продолжает развиваться. Необходимо дальнейшее изучение возможностей современной КТЭ для разработки подходов к отбору пациентов для хирургического лечения и выявления предикторов течения заболевания, так как раннее выявление показаний к хирургическому лечению БК и предоперационное определение объема резекции остаются актуальной проблемой.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Analysis of literature on the use of computed tomography enterography with intravenous contrast enhancement (CTE) in the assessment of the involvement, activity and severity of the Crohn's disease (CD), and expected resection margins in case surgical treatment is necessary.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The largest and the most cited studies, fundamental works and recommendations on the diagnosis and treatment of IBD, published in open access scientific databases, were selected for the literature review.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Epidemiology of Crohn's disease, diagnostic capabilities of CTE and their role in surgery planning for patients with complicated CD are considered.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The complicated epidemiological situation with CD requires early diagnosis, increased effectiveness of treatment, and reduction in disability and mortality in patients with CD. CTE is an effective and widely available method for the diagnosis of CD and continues to develop.
