Продемонстрировать возможности КЛКТ при визуализации возрастных изменений мягких тканей лица и шеи.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Пациентке К., 59 лет, для визуализации и оценки степени выраженности возрастных изменений мягких тканей лица и шеи на предоперационном этапе проведена конусно-лучевая компьютерная томография (КЛКТ).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При проведении КЛКТ лица и шеи был диагностирован выраженный избыток жировой ткани в нижней трети лица, подподбородочной области и передней поверхности шеи, визуализировалось провисание и неровность контуров подкожной мышцы шеи, а также провисание передних брюшек двубрюшной мышцы. Учитывая результаты исследования, проведена хирургическая коррекция.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Сочетание визуализации мягких тканей при помощи КЛКТ и стандартных методов хирургической коррекции дают возможность для получения предсказуемых результатов лечения у пациентов с выраженными возрастными изменениями.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the role of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in planning methods of surgical correction of age-related changes in the face and neck.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Demonstration of the capabilities of CBCT in visualizing age-related changes in the soft tissues of the face and neck.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. Patient K., 59 years old, underwent cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) to visualize and assess the severity of age-related changes in the soft tissues of the face and neck.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. During CBT of the face and neck, pronounced excess of adipose tissue was diagnosed in the lower third of the face, the subcutaneous region and the anterior surface of the neck, sagging of the subcutaneous muscle of the neck and uneven contours, as well as sagging of the anterior peritoneum muscles were visualized. Taking into account the results of the study, surgical correction was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
