Демонстрация различных подходов к проведению компьютерной томографии области головы и шеи у онкологических пациентов в зависимости от предполагаемого или установленного диагноза.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен поиск научных публикаций в информационно-аналитических системах PubMed, eLibrary, Google Scholar по ключевым словам: CT head and neck protocol, CT dynamic maneuver, CT head and neck protocol contrast administration, протокол сканирования КТ головы и шеи.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На основе данных анализа научной литературы и собственного опыта работы представлены особенности контрастирования при проведении компьютерной томографии области головы и шеи в онкологической практике с применением монои бифазного протоколов сканирования, а также выполнения пациентом дополнительных команд во время исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Несмотря на стандартизацию проведения компьютерной томографии, применительно к области головы и шеи существуют как различные подходы к протоколу в виде монофазного и бифазного контрастирования, так и применение различных функциональных проб пациентом. Для улучшения визуализации и адекватной оценки опухолевого процесса целесообразно применять на практике КТ с дополнительными функциональными пробами во время сканирования в зависимости от предполагаемого или установленного диагноза.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To demonstrate different approaches to head and neck computed tomography in cancer patients depending on the presumed or established diagnosis.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. A search was conducted for scientific publications and information- analytical systems PubMed, eLibrary, Google Scholar by key words: CT head and neck protocol, CT dynamic maneuver, CT head and neck protocol contrast administration, CT head and neck scanning protocol.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. On the basis of the data of the scientific literature analysis and our own experience the peculiarities of contrast administration during CT of the head and neck region in oncologic practice with the use of monoand biphasic scanning protocols, as well as the patient's performance of additional commands during the study are presented.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Despite the standardization of computed tomography, there are different approaches to the CT head and neck protocol in the form of monophasic and biphasic contrasting, as well as the use of various functional tests by the patient.
