Изучить возможности и перспективы УЗИ с контрастным усилением у пациенток с очаговыми образованиями молочной железы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В данное проспективное исследование были включены 66 женщин в возрасте от 33 до 71 года с наличием очаговых образований в молочной железе. В диагностический ультразвуковой комплекс входила эхография молочных желез в В-режиме и в режиме эхоконтрастирования с применением контрастного препарата «Соновью».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Среднее время поступления контрастного вещества и показатели времени от начала инъекции до периода пика накопления при злокачественных образованиях молочной железы достоверно сокращалось в 1,6 раза. Уровень пиковой интенсивности (PI) при злокачественных образованиях молочной железы, наоборот, повышался в 1,5 раза по отношению к пиковой интенсивности при доброкачественных новообразованиях. Показатели времени вымывания контраста увеличивались в 1,4 раза при злокачественных образованиях молочной железы по отношению к данным при доброкачественных образованиях молочной железы. Кроме того, наблюдалось значительно большее значение пиковой интенсивности при злокачественных поражениях молочной железы, возрастающий наклон TIC-кривой и площадь под ней (р &lt; 0,01). При анализе графика кривых зависимости времени контрастирования от ее интенсивности отмечалось, что в 88,4 % случаев при злокачественных очаговых образованиях молочной железы тип кривой был быстро нарастающим и медленно спадающим, в то время как при доброкачественных поражениях молочной железы отмечалось 2 варианта кривых: в 75,3 % случаев тип кривой был медленно нарастающим и быстро спадающим, в 17, 8% случаев — быстро нарастающим и быстро спадающим.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Метод контраст-усиленного ультразвукового исследования представляет собой многообещающий инструмент для диагностики заболеваний молочных желез в клинической практике отечественного здравоохранения с учетом высокой информативности, быстроты проведения и отсутствия лучевой нагрузки.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To examine the capabilities and prospects of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in patients with focal breast lesions.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. This prospective study included 66 women aged 33 to 71 years with focal breast lesions. The diagnostic ultrasound suite included breast ultrasound in B-mode and echo-contrast mode using the Sonovue contrast agent.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The mean time of contrast agent arrival and the time from the start of injection to peak accumulation in malignant breast lesions were signiﬁcantly reduced by 1.6 times. Conversely, the peak intensity (PI) in malignant breast lesions increased by 1.5 times compared to the peak intensity in benign lesions. Contrast washout times increased by 1.4 times in malignant breast lesions compared to benign breast lesions. Furthermore, signiﬁcantly higher peak intensities were observed in malignant breast lesions, along with an increasing slope of the TIC curve and area under the curve (p &lt; 0.01). When analyzing the graph of the contrast enhancement time versus intensity curves, it was noted that in 88.4 % of cases of malignant focal breast lesions, the curve pattern was rapidly increasing and slowly decreasing, while in benign breast lesions, two curve patterns were observed: in 75.3 % of cases, the curve pattern was slowly increasing and rapidly decreasing, and in 17.8 % of cases, it was rapidly increasing and rapidly decreasing.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
