Ознакомить медицинских работников с возможностями нового метода денситометрии РЭМС, используемого в диагностике остеопороза и оценке риска низкоэнергетических переломов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы.Поиск и отбор публикаций проводился на основе интернет-ресурсов PubMed, eLibrary, официальных сайтов международных и национальных медицинских организаций с 2004 по 2025 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В обзоре литературы изложены данные о радиочастотной эхографической мультиспектрометрии – новом перспективном ультразвуковом методе, используемом для оценки количественных показателей костной ткани тел поясничных позвонков и проксимальных отделов бедренных костей, определения риска переломов. Проведенные в ряде стран исследования продемонстрировали высокую степень соответствия результатов, полученных при помощи радиочастотной эхографической мультиспектрометрии и двухэнергетической рентгеновской абсорбциометрии, что дало основание рекомендовать новую методику для клинического использования у пациентов с остеопорозом и низкой массой костной ткани. Авторами обзора проводится анализ практических результатов, преимуществ и нерешенных вопросов использования нового метода денситометрии.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Радиочастотная эхографическая мультиспектрометрия является новым перспективным высокоэффективным методом денситометрии, необходимым для более широкого внедрения в диагностику остеопороза и оценку риска низкоэнергетических переломов. В то же время сравнительно ограниченный опыт применения требует продолжения исследований, направленных на изучение его преимуществ и недостатков по сравнению с двухэнергетической рентгеновской абсорбциометрией.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The purpose of the study</title><p>The purpose of the study. To familiarize medical professionals with the possibilities of the new method of densitometry REMS used in the diagnosis of osteoporosis and risk assessment of low-energy fractures.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The search and selection of publications was carried out on the basis of PubMed, eLibrary, and official websites of international and national medical organizations from 2004 to 2025.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.Theliteraturereviewpresentsdataonradiofrequencyechographicmultispectrometry, a new promising ultrasound method used to evaluate quantitative parameters of bone tissue in the lumbar vertebrae and proximal femoral bones, and to determine the risk of fractures. Studies conducted in a number of countries have demonstrated a high degree of consistency between the results obtained using radiofrequency echographic multispectrometry and dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, which gave reason to recommend a new technique for clinical use in patients with osteoporosis and low bone mass. The authors of the review analyze the practical results, advantages, and unresolved issues of using the new densitometry method.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Radiofrequency echographic multispectrometry is a promising new highly effective method of densitometry, necessary for wider implementation in the diagnosis of osteoporosis and risk assessment of low-energy fractures.
