Выполнить нарративный обзор данных о применении телемедицинских технологий в пренатальных ультразвуковых исследованиях.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Выполнен обзор публикаций по дистанционным ультразвуковым исследованиям в акушерстве за период 1999–2025 гг. Поиск проведен в базах данных PubMed, eLibrary, а также в открытых интернет-источниках. В ходе поиска найдены 157 публикаций на русском языке и 319 статей на английском языке, из них 452 включены в итоговый анализ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Первые публикации, посвященные использованию телемедицинских технологий в ультразвуковом исследовании плода, были посвящены как изучению технической возможности проведения телеконсультаций, так и оценке их диагностической эффективности. Доказанная диагностическая эффективность ультразвуковых телеконсультаций и успешное решение технических вопросов, связанных с их проведением, позволили в 2020-х гг. реализовать в ряде стран масштабные телемедицинские проекты, направленные на улучшение качества оказания медицинской помощи беременным женщинам.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Анализ публикаций за период 1999–2025 гг., посвященных использованию телемедицинских технологий при ультразвуковых исследованиях в акушерстве, свидетельствует о том, что пренатальные ультразвуковые исследования, проводимые в формате телеконсультаций, значительно повышают качество диагностики и способствуют раннему выявлению пороков развития плода. Положительный опыт использования телеУЗИ в акушерской службе различных стран мира, а также наличие во всех регионах РФ инфраструктуры широкополосного Интернета, необходимой для проведения телемедицинских консультаций, позволяет рассчитывать на успешное использование возможностей телемедицины для ультразвукового исследования беременных в отдаленных и малонаселенных районах страны.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Conducting a narrative review of data on the use of telemedicine technologies in prenatal ultrasound examinations.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. A review of publications on remote ultrasound studies in obstetrics for the period from 1999 to 2025 has been completed. The search was conducted in the databases PubMed, eLIBRARY, and in open internet sources. During the search, 157 publications in Russian and 319 articles in English were found, of which 452 were included in the ﬁnal analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The first publications devoted to the use of telemedicine technologies in fetal ultrasound examinations focused both on the technical feasibility of teleconsultations and on assessing their diagnostic effectiveness. The proven diagnostic effectiveness of ultrasound teleconsultations and the successful resolution of technical issues associated with their implementation enabled the implementation of large-scale telemedicine projects in a number of countries in the 2020s, aimed at improving the quality of medical care for pregnant women.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. An analysis of publications covering the period 1999–2025, devoted to the use of telemedicine technologies in ultrasound examinations in obstetrics, indicates that prenatal ultrasound examinations conducted in the format of teleconsultations significantly improve the quality of diagnostics and facilitate the early detection of fetal malformations. Positive experiences with teleultrasound in obstetric services worldwide, as well as the availability of broadband internet infrastructure in all regions of the Russian Federation necessary for telemedicine consultations, allow us to expect the successful use of telemedicine for ultrasound examinations of pregnant women in remote and sparsely populated areas of the country.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>телемедицина</kwd><kwd>ультразвуковая диагностика</kwd><kwd>телемедицинские технологии</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Telemedicine</kwd><kwd>Ultrasound Diagnostics</kwd><kwd>Telemedicine Technologies</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Владзимирский А.
