В нашей статье мы рассмотрели особенности первичной лучевой диагностики острой хирургической патологии на фоне ранее недиагностированной неходжкинской лимфомы и продемонстрировали собственный клинический опыт. В представленных клинических случаях острая хирургическая патология возникала в результате прогрессирования неходжкинских лимфом, а также присоединения оппортунистической инфекции, в результате это не только нивелировало общую клиническую картину, приводило к повторной релапаротомии, но и заканчивалось летальным исходом. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Acute surgical pathology in patients with HIV infection is much more severe due to immunodeficiency, opportunistic infections and neoplastic processes, which significantly complicates not only the choice of treatment tactics for these patients, but also the initial diagnosis. In our article, we examined the features of primary radiation diagnosis of acute surgical pathology against the background of previously undiagnosed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and demonstrate our own clinical experience.
