Аппендицит у новорожденных. Варианты ультразвуковой визуализации (обзор литературы с собственными клиническими наблюдениями)
Аннотация
Острый аппендицит у новорожденных - крайне редкое заболевание, дооперационная диагностика которого практически безуспешна во всем мире: диагноз ставится интраоперационно или на аутопсии. Собственный опыт насчитывает 4 случая успешной дооперационной ультразвуковой диагностики абдоминальной формы острого аппендицита (1 случай - аппендикулярный абсцесс, 3 случая -гангренозно-перфоративный аппендицит) и 15 наблюдений грыжи Amyand. Все дети были оперированы, выписаны с выздоровлением. Также представлены варианты визуализации неизмененного или реактивно измененного червеобразного отростка у новорожденных на фоне других заболеваний. Статья дополнена обширным обзором литературы.
