The Combined Tubercular and Syphilitic Lesions of Lungs at Patients with HIV-Infection (Case Report)

Abstract

A rare case of combined syphilitic and tuberculous pulmonary lesions in an HIV-infected patient is presented. The possibilities of various methods of vizualisation are showen. The peculiarities of x-ray study of syphilitic lesions of the lungs are presented. A phased process of diagnosis of tuberculosis and syphilis of the lungs in HIV-infected patients is set out.
